Very good family run inn. We like to eat here regularly or use the good pick-up service during the lockdown time. All dishes were always excellent and well prepared. The roast goose recently deserves the title particularly valuable. Again and again gladly and very recommendable for food here, even if only for a given occasion to pick up. The staff is very helpful and friendly. 😋👌

Very tasty food. the rump steak was of great quality and fried to the point medium-rare as desired. The schnitzel Wiener Art was very tasty and tender. The game goulash was also very tasty. In retrospect, however, spaetzle would have been better as a side dish, but it was with croquettes on the holiday menu and you should have simply wished for a different side dish. The salmon was delicious too. The portion sizes can safely be described as large. The service was very hospitable and met all wishes to the fullest satisfaction. Again any time.

A decent room, clean bathroom, varied breakfast and in the evening the pampering 3-course menu - that is hospitable. Great value for money We would love to come back, especially since there are many geocaches around it

The place is clean and overall makes a good impression. The staff are friendly and attentive :-) For lunch, I can really recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience. You get enough to eat for little money and the portions and the quality are okay :-) It is not enough for the full number of points, but 4 stars is really worth the good plain food :-) I will definitely come here for dinner more often :-)

Super nice and warm staff and very delicious food!

Good home cooking, prices absolutely okay, food is super delicious! The ambience is getting on in years, but by no means uncomfortable. Card payment possible and for larger celebrations there is even a hall. Nice & polite staff.

The restaurant is well attended. There is plenty of choice on the menu for a tasty lunch! Again a good choice, even if you have a little more options. The friendly staff brings the food to the table without waiting.

The food is very good and the menu leaves nothing to be desired. If you can't find anything here, it's your own fault 😃. You sit very nicely indoors and outdoors. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Very happy again and again.

Staff = very friendly and take good care of the guests Location = very idyllic restaurant / inn and there are 3 rooms that are decorated so they are rural and romantic and in summer there is also the terrace which is also very beautiful. Children's corner = unfortunately not available Food = was very tasty, my schnitzel was crispy but not dry and the rest of the food was also very tasty Parking lot = Derick on the doorstep P.S it is worth the long drive to eat if you like good German home-style cuisine and they also offer “Ala Cart” to eat

So far I only visited this place at family meetings, where we had reserved a group of tables for around 20 people. The personnel is overall friendly and was decent in speed even at very busy days. They are able to handle special wishes and almost never mixed anything up, despite of chaotic conditions. Yet they seem to have zero memory of who ordered what. So the first rounds of drinks tend to end in a million questions asked and take longer than they should. The amounts of food served are absolutely satisfying and so is the quality. The choice though is noticeably limited to carnivorous visitors. Still, as mentioned, they are adaptive, but do not expect to find anything vegan on the menu. The food is nothing special though. You can tell from the smell already they use a lot of convenience food and nothing there seems to be their speciality. Do not expect fine cuisine. Still, it is tasty food for fair prices. The location is at a rather narrow street, parking lots are sparse. A spot for smokers exists but is not very inviting as it lies within the narrow concrete desert at the street. The light conditions inside are pleasent, day and night. The place is visitable even by people with a walking disability (bit help needed) but do mention that when you call. I never had any reason to complain and all visits left me well fed. Yet, this is not a place I'd go to on my own or with friends. Many people love the place though and are regular visitors, even for decades. So you may give it a try. For big family unions this is a very good place.
